Wendy's - Port Orange

At 6:30 a.m. I come to drive at 7:01 and all staff are in the parking lot. I gave them the advantage of doubt and waited for the order board, thought someone might be inside. Waited 4 minutes with zero confirmation. Very unprofessional. If I were a zero star rating, I would, just for the height of the unrest. Definitely won't come back, I'm going to McDonald's on the other side.

I usually have a good experience here. normally they drive thru. today, while with my man, son and daughter in law we ran in Wendy?s a little after 2 pm and got behind 2 other customers. they waited for her to eat, so we waited until they were gone and went to theke. we were waiting in their marked line. we were not even recognized. waited and waited. we saw 4 people behind the counter and not 1 person would wait for us!. we went out disgusting after we had a whole discussion about no one waiting for us, and if we were to go out. also there is a popeyes and McDonald?s on the same parking lot! pity for their employees!

The food was hot and fast. Port Orange Store, everyone polite and on their game.

I love the double whopper. It was made right and tasted great. Lady at the window was nice

Tabitha should receive a Employee of the Year award!! I?m in this Wendy?s a lot due to the close proximity to my work, and every time I come in I see her greet every single guest that comes in the door, taking orders, wiping counters/tables, communicating with customers about their orders, all with the biggest smile on her face. She is so friendly and hardworking! I love Wendy?s anyways, but her customer service and positive vibes make the place even better.
