Pizza Hut - Port Orange

Pizza was great and so were the boneless breaded chicken wings mild spicy sauce! Fast delivery! You have to try create your pizza with the stuffed crust, classic marinara, regular cheese, pineapple, pepperoni!

The pizza melts were cooked to long and they were hard!!! I want a refund. And the bread sticks were dry. I want a refund on them too. Diane Perry.

The pizza was great, and delivered hot but the order took alot longer thannit should have. When we placed the order the app said 22-37 minutes. We paid extra for priority service to avoid delays. The food wasnt ready for pickup til after 45 min.

Loved our pizza!! I never like Pizza Hut, too greasy!! There pizza now has been amazingly delish!!

I placed an order online and paid for delivery. 20 minutes later I checked the tracker to see if the pizza had left the store yet and it said the delivery estimate was 90 minutes. I called the store at that point to ask if I could just come pick it upand they said yes and that the pizzas were ready. When I got to the store, I asked if the delivery fee and tip had been removedfrom my order since I had to come pick it up myself. The cashier then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the deliveryperson that would have taken my order out. Why would I tip someone for work that I had to do myself? I was handed the pizzas andwas walking to my car when the same cashier came out the front door yelling at me that I hadn?t paid yet. I told her once againthat I paid online. She said that they cancelled that order and rang in a new one. I asked 2 employees for proof of thecancellation/refund and no one could provide it. My kids were having a sleepover so I had 5 kids at my house waiting for pizzaas all this was going on. I paid for the pizza again so I could get back home but the food entire process was handled poorly andI still never got a receipt or cancellation email from my original payment.
