Samurai - Port-of-Spain

I liked it but didn't loveeee it, don't get me wrong the prices are really reasonable the food is good but, they need to work on their wait service. I had to ask for napkins and utensils I ordered 3 different drinks and they were missing ingredients to make it, and to top it all off the table we were seated at was uneven.

Service was the worst. My friend and I sat there a good while waiting for a server while they all stood in a corner literally picking and choosing which table they wanted to go by. It seemed very bias because a few people who came after us was attended to before us while we sat there waiting. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the sushi was great and it was my first time trying it. I was so excited to go to samurai only to be let down. Definitely won't be back again.

Our server, Marshall, elevated our experience with his outstanding service. His charismatic personality brought joy and laughter to our visit. As a thoughtful gesture to celebrate our special occasion, Marshall surprised us with a complimentary dessert, despite only learning about our celebration moments before our meal. Overall, dining at Samurai Restaurant was an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to returning soon!

My first time samurai tried! I love, love, loved everything I tried. I also need to draw attention to the excellent customer service from our kent. 10/10!

Great service and amazing food! I visited for the 1st time and took advantage of the $99 Smashers promotion. The sushi and beef croquette were soooo yummy!
