Drift Bar, Cafe, Restaurant

Drift restaurant has good food, but could do with a bigger assortment to choose from e.g. Salt and Pepper Calamari. The cafe has good food also similar to the Restaurant but has burgers and yummy steak sandwich.

Great food and great Variety on the menu, meals were a good size and piping hot when delivered to the table by the friendly staff.

The club is very nice friendly staff but the the Drift bar Restaurant wasn’t what I hoped for .Their food is very under average.Pork belly with a whole baked onion with peas and pumpkin and jus which wasn’t present on the plate was absolutely terrible .It was like a terrible hospital meal I wouldn’t recommend

We visited this bistro at the local bowling club in Port Macquarie with some family members who lived locally and raved about it, and frankly I can't see what all the fuss was about. We booked a table and were told that we had to vacate the table 7pm sharp as they had another seating after 7pm. We arrived at 5:15pm, our table didn't have the correct amount of seats at it and it seemed to be an issue getting an extra seat for it. Reminded about the time we had to leave so tried to order for the table only to be told we had to wait another 8 mins. Ordered 7 meals which took 30 mins to come out. Most of them were alright but 2 of us ordered crispy skin pork which was soft and overly fatty and the other meals were nothing to rave about.

In approximately Feb this year tried to get a table for 4 inside not able to went upstairs had chinese AYCE only 2 seats but it was superb they have closed it down ????? July this year ,website says must book ,we rang to book they said NO you must come and take your chances or sit outside 10 degrees yeah sure 5 year old g/d we ate elsewhere Following night tried to order takeaway covid 19 usually only way possible ?? we were told no there might be pizzas at the bar ,barman wasn't interested we ate elsewhere .
