Jamaica Blue - Port Kennedy

This place on a Saturday is obviously run by casual staff, they are dressed scruffy and don 't give a **** about their customers. People see left standing at the entrance and not greeted or show a table. There 's a takeout bench area but they won 't serve you there. The same guy (Asian) that makes the coffee tells you to go to the other counter which is 1mtr to the right, you 're left standing there again only for him to then serve you!!! WTF!! I raised with him customer service was shocking here only to have him reply take your complaint to upper management I don 't care . I 'm getting sick to death of these youngsters having no manners!!

This restaurant is fantastic. The coffee was great and the food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, all with a smile and a kind thank you. This attention to detail makes you want to come back again. You will not be let down.

Coffee's decent it's a place I like to catch up with the kids now and then (they like the brownie sundae).

I stopped in for a quick 20-minute break to enjoy some delicious coffee and cake. The coffee was great and the cake was yummy. I was able to relax and chill for a little bit in a nice and clean environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The food is cafe style food and there is a very varied offering. The prices are very reasonable. Sometimes it can be hard to find a seat or table and that attest to its poppularity.
