Panda Express - Port Hueneme

The employees were really nice. I was just a bit bummed waiting so long for my mobile order and only because I needed to pick up my child. Free egg rolls would have been a nice gesture ?

Food is just ok. After all it is Chinese fast food. Depending on the mood of the employees and how close it is to closing time will determine if you actually get the amount of food you should get. The past few times we have been here within an hour of closing. The only reason we eat here is because it ends up being too late to cook something after the work day is done. Every time it's a different attitude. Sometimes it's just plain lazy. Others it's entitled. The portion sizes of the same menu items has verried every time. When questioned about it, the employees spout back with a different, disrespectful excuse. When asked for a manager to get clarification. We are told you will have to call tomorrow as there isn't one here. If it wasn't for the limited later in the evening options in my area. We would never eat at this location!

Panda was my GOTO lunch spot, but since the covid-19 closures, service at this particular location has gone down. Staff were welcoming and friendly, now it feels like I 'm in line for a prison meal. I feel like this location and a couple other fast food joints, make me feel like it 's a privilege for me to be served and we take what we get and we don 't throw a fit . Hopefully, after this is all over, this place gets back to the great customer service it once had. Food is good, but portions are a bit on the light side.

This place is really busy. I usually order orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and half chow mein and half rice. This time I didn?t care for the Orange chicken, I don?t know if my taste buds changed but it was just awful. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious though and always has been, I love it. Staff was okay, table was really dirty and we actually had to clean it because of how dirty it was. The atmosphere is nothing special. I had never noticed before that honey walnut shrimp is a premium price which is disappointing that they charge more for it. Overall experience was not note worthy and only enjoyable thing from this place was the shrimp. Price Point ???????? Cleanliness was a 0 Staff ?????? Atmosphere ???? Food ??????

This restaurant has a major waste issue. Nearly every customer leaves with their meal in to-go containers, even if they're dining in. It's a significant waste of plastic bags, utensils, and containers.
