Always great service, food, people. I take my girls there relax. Humble,hard working people!

It's IHOP. That being said, the food was as expected. The only complaint was that the chicken tenders were over fried and tough. The service was great. The place was empty, so the cooks and waiters' conversation carried through the restaurant; it's expected, but the convos were inappropriate in content.

I am a chain restaurant snob. I'll own it but I was hungry. We knew from years previous experience: IHOP is open and the food is goodThis menu makes me want to be very bad. Chicken and waffles, crepes, waffles, fancy French toast and Pancakes! I ordered off the over 55 menu. A summer salad with berries and it was so good. Our check was half what we usually spend for lunch.The service was kind and polite. Server did not know the salad dressings, if you get this request the poppyseed.Hubby got a short stack. Yum city.It's the international house of PANCAKES for crying out loud. Need I say more.
