Rey Ray's - Port Hope

Call them forward as they can be very busy and sell. eat them here often. not vegetarian, but almost always the veggie tacos. they are amazing!

We started going here for the poutine and then we tried the fish tacos. Fantastic! These were better than the fish tacos that we had in Tulum Mexico, and they were good.yesterday we tried the beet salad with goat cheese and it was wonderful. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, the owner and his staff are super friendly and a delight to deal with. They obviously appreciate your business and make you feel like an old friend every time you go there.

I love Rey Ray's! The food here is great...and consistently great visit after visit! Everything on the menu is terrific. My personal weakness are the fish tacos and the Mexican salad. Check it out...you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I have driven past Rey Ray's taco truck so many times I cannot count. Today we stopped, why, oh why did we not stop here before now. What a lovely surprise, very nice greeting, helpful advice, with the result of having a delicious meal. We both had a fish taco, mine deep fried, my wife's was pan fried. Very tasty, nice outdoor surroundings. All I can say is, if you are driving between Port Hope and Cobourg, treat yourself to a Rey Ray's lunch, you will not be disappointed. An additional bonus was the chance to speak with Rey Ray's father when he took a break. Hearing the history behind this food stand is fascinating, if you get a chance, get to chat with him too.

We go to Rey Ray's as often as we can! This is a local gem for sure! The food is made with great fresh ingredients. Worth the price for the amazing food!
