5 Star Chinese Food - Port Hope

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and it is always busy, with long wait times despite being told our food will be ready. The food is good, but on our last visit they forgot the sauce for the chicken balls and were hesitant to deliver it when I asked. When I ordered it again the following week, they said they would give me the sauce a week later. I have heard similar complaints from others, so it seems like there may be new owners who do not understand how to run the business effectively. This will likely catch up to them eventually.

This restaurant serves the worst food I have ever experienced. There was mold on the egg rolls and I have heard terrible things about their history, like finding bugs in their entrees. Please do not eat here, I am just trying to give a friendly warning. This place will likely be closed soon. If you still decide to eat here, just know that I warned you!

Here is the only decent Chinese food place in port hope. my family and I have been out here for many years. I only had to write this review about a particular person who works there that should not be dealing with customers. I came over this person today, and a month ago. It is very unpleasant and very rude. they should really put someone to the counter who knows how to handle customers politely and beautifully. if this were not the only decent place for Chinese eating in port hope, I would take my business definitiw another place. next time I go there and see her in there, I won't kick in there and give them my business, I'll go somewhere else.

I'm going to go to the Chinese place. my last meal was even better than usual. when they go in, they can see directly into the kitchen that is always very clean. singapur noodles, hot and acid soup, chicken wings are popular.

Today, my coworkers and I decided to go for Chinese food. I chose the combination 10, which includes a vegetable spring roll, vegetable fried rice, house special mixed vegetables, and vegetable Lo Mein. However, what they neglected to mention is that they top it with beef gravy! If I wanted beef, I would have ordered a different dish. Unfortunately, when I called to address the issue, the person on the phone didn't seem to comprehend my complaint and abruptly ended the call.
