Customer service had gone excellent out of their way to help when my partner did not like what they ordered, replaced by a free glass wein, the manager was nice top brands for their customer service, eating was nice, how was the service, 30 minutes waiting was explained when we ordered as the place was really busy. thanks, we will be safe

Once again the meal was superb... service also superb... this time I had the fish and chips... fried to a t.... never had a bad meal here since it opened... definitely going back..

Had a great experience at the waterwheel yesterday. From the minute we arrived till we left. Staff couldn’t have done any more for us. We had a young baby and she was crying. They came and took my daughters dinner away and kept it warm till she fed her daughter. My son had the xl Carvery and the chef came over and asked how he got on with it (my son ate every bit and also starter and pudding) the chef was amazed. Cleared tables and brought us fresh drinks and food promptly. We all had a great day. There was 7 of us and all enjoyed. Love the food and atmosphere in this wee restaurant. My mums favourite place to go. Place was very clean and tidy. I had also asked for a table we’re we could sit the pram so it wasn’t in the way and we got that too.

My partner and I went for the carvery on Sunday afternoon, and it was great! Greg was our server, and he was very attentive and polite. We come here often, and it never disappoints. It's a shame you no longer do the free refills on Pepei Max and Tango, but for great food and value for money, it's definitely a great place to visit.

We had a lovely family meal today. We all had the carvery which was lovely. Abbie our server was very attentive and was very helpful and polite. The food was lovely. The portions were ample for us. All in all it was lovely. We will be back.
