Fishaways - Port Elizabeth

We had a great experience on our first visit to Fishaways. The service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only downside was the Prawn Pops boxes, which did not have as much garnish as we had hoped and instead contained a mix of items. Overall, the food was tasty, and we had a nice dining experience!

It's always a pleasure ordering for the whole family here. The service is fantastic, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We can't wait for our next order!

I ordered takeout today and was really impressed. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the chips were fresh and incredibly delicious. Everything was nicely packed, and overall, the service was great. I highly recommend it!

18 March 22 been receiving such great customer service from the coloured lady in training. She's so warm, friendly and very professional. Until today when Ferida spoiled my impression of this establishment she deserves to go to the back of the line and not be up front back of the line as in the kitchen where she's not seen or heard cos she's very abrupt and has no customer service. Also, the portions on the website for the family platter vs what you get is definitely not a large rice portion and medium chips portion. Very disappointing but fresh tasting food.

Bought a hake and fishcake platter yesterday. Fish oily and mushy definitely not fresh. Chips not crispy. Fish cakes clearly overcooked. Whole meal looked like it was not freshly done. Have had good food there in the past so what was up with the staff yesterday!!!!!!!!!!
