Bidrage med feedbackThe orderer was COUGHING from the moment I went all right until I was gone. She wore no mask and didn't even bother to cover her mouth! At one point, the girl bent right next to where cooked pizzas were... boxes. I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager was dismissed and said it was a scratchy neck. I said no, it's a lot than that. Manager said she was negatively tested for Kovid. I answered, I am not talking about Kovid, I speak about hygiene in general and like the LOOKS to the customers. She dismissed my complaint and left the store! A competent manager would have sent this employee home in the FIRST sign. Never in my decades of visiting restaurants have I seen such a desire to disregard public health. A very poor view of Dominos.
Delivery was late, cold and not complete what we ordered. Frozen Coles would have been better on this occasion
Ordering 3 pizzas at 17:30 for a 7:00 house delivery in Port Douglas. Phoned them at 19:25 for an update and was told that it left the store a while ago and was on the way. Phoned at 19:55 a.m. to the same message.... The pizza comes at 8 a.m., 1 hour late and cold, with 2 of the pizza bases not as they were ordered. The first time we ordered the last of Dominos in PD and Deinitly. Trying to stay polite, but the experience was absolutely polite!! Avoid it at all costs. I had to give the rating as a 1 star as they were not negative options.
I would advise against ordering from this fast food restaurant. The food arrived cold, and after paying online, I waited for 3 hours only to find out the next day that the business was closed. Despite ordering online while they claimed to be open, I was informed the next day that they couldn't help me and wouldn't reimburse me. I was told to contact the head of Domino's Pizza. I decided to give them another chance and ordered again last night, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, there was no food in it, despite the supplier assuring me everything was there. When I contacted the local Dominos about the missing food, they kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. If you value your money, I suggest avoiding this place. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the website is not updated, leading to misleading information. My experience with Port Douglas Domino's Pizza was absolutely terrible.
On the 10/01/21 I did an online order and waited 3 hours outside with another person from the resort waiting with her child until closing time only to find out they were closed. I was disgusted by their services as on the website it said...it was open and they still took my money. After waiting for hours and calling the business immense amounts of times we had no dinner that night and our money was gone. I rang as soon as they opened and asked them for a refund or to have my order paid for tonight and they said there was nothing they could do for us that I had to ring head office and he never gave me a phone number. Today 11/01/21 I ordered 3 hours in advance to have my order delivered on time. When the delivery man showed up to my resort he said he had checked before he left to make sure everything was there and when we got back to our room we found that half our delivery wasn’t there and they had messed up on our deserts. When I rang back I was put on hold for 10 minutes and my friend rang them as well and they said that it would be out with the next delivery. Food came cold and soggy like it had been sitting for hours. Very disappointed, frustrated and disgusted with the business and service. And as soon as I received my 2nd order the chips were cold and not even a hand full size of chips not worth the $5. If you value your money I strongly recommend you do not order from here Will NEVER be ordering again
