Requires a reservation to get in here, but Keith's sushi creations are the best I've ever had. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience, and of the 4 times I've had the pleasure of eating here, never had a disappointing bite.
Chef k was really an artist with what he came up with for our meal. Had wanted to go for years and finally made it happen for wedding anniversary. 12 courses with lots of great niguri from all over. Bluefin 3 ways really opened my eyes to the different flavors in parts of the fish. Definitely worth the trip.
I came here for my one year anniversary and I am beyond amazed by the quality of food, service and professionalism by Keith and Chika. The reservation was very smooth and straightforward where they asked me what my budget was and if we had any food allergies. They were extremely accommodating with our arrival time that we requested on the phone call. The fish were freshly imported from Japan and tasted beyond any sushi restaurant in the lower mainland. The specialty sauce that was curated by the chef was done strategically and went perfectly with the fish. Furthermore, every sushi was carefully explained upon serving so that we knew what fish we were getting and the ingredients involved. The owner later spoke about his philosophies pertaining to how he upholds quality for his customers. He is super personable and had the most infectious personality. This restaurant owner has my utmost respect! Would definitely come back.
