Before making each pizza, all work surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to avoid cross contamination. The gluten free option is a 10-inch thin crust, which tastes just like the GF pizzas I had in Rome. I will definitely be returning. If you order in person, you can also grab a treat from the Delish Cafe next door.
