This Indian restaurant has had a couple management changes over the years and just recently it has been taken over by new owners.__First thing I noticed

Lunch on a rainy MondayI had eaten at Indian Star and was happy with the food and service._This new management has stepped it up a notch.

I have been to Amrikkos Indian Grill in Port Coquitlam a handful of times now and every time I am welcomed with a big warm smile. The food here is better than any Indian I've personally visited. Working just down the street it is always my place of choice for eating out.Highly recommend to everyone! Michael M

Takeout was ready in 15 minutes which indicates food has been sitting and not as fresh as could be. Tandoori chicken expensive for the quantity provided. Good aroma and flavours, too many raw onions and limited poultry. Takeout containers were not sealed correctly and spilled out. Pricing is a little high. Quality is good.
