Tim Hortons - Port Colborne

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons – known for its service. Unfortunately, this particular location had a rude and unfriendly young man working at the front. He seemed disinterested and not happy to be there. If you do not want to provide good customer service, then maybe find another job. The restaurant was also not very clean.

This restaurant used to be very clean, but not anymore! The floor was very dirty, and most of the tables were not clean either. Even the cutting plates were dirty. When I asked the staff for a cloth to clean the table, they only gave me a napkin. Are the staff lazy or just not paying attention? It only takes a few minutes to clean properly.

RUDE customer service, the tone of the lady in the speaker was very annoyed and rude from the beginning at my order because I asked for two separate; they were small orders under $5. She huged and puffing took my order; I accidentally ordered a long clone instead of an Eclair... I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.... And when we came into the window, there was another woman who served us our food; they talked back and fourth... The debit machine did not work on the first attempt for the second order and she made it seem like the greatest inconvenience in the world told her other rude employee “two orders, now it has debit cards problems”... The service was fast and our order was surprisingly correct (not often) but I couldn't even thank them... for my order I just said "Yup" and left.... Honestly, it's 9:00, so maybe they're just not happy to be at work, but I was in a fabulous mood.

In there every daring day the same thing extra big 4x4 and again and again a breakfast sandwich sausage egg and the old fashion biscuit the meat, not the new fake meat lol

This location should just close down. 3 locations in port and this one never has any product after 3pm. Why stay open at all? It never looks open once its dark out there are no outside lights on it looks closed 9 times out 10...when you drive by. Waste of space having 3 locations when they have nothing available to buy.
