In addition, a former employee came in and distracted 5 workers who were gathered around chatting and laughing, despite there being 10 cars in the drive-thru, 5 people waiting to order, and 5 people waiting for their meals. The food itself was good, but the service was lacking in attentiveness and efficiency. I believe the blame lies with the management for not supervising their workers better. If the employees took their job more seriously, there should be fewer mistakes. Chatting with former coworkers is acceptable in moderation, but not at the expense of customer service and order accuracy. I felt frustrated and am not the only one who experienced issues that morning. Sorry for the long post, but the lack of attention to customer service was disappointing.

I regret having to write this review, but while I was in the restroom, I encountered a woman who appeared to be using drugs. The strong smell made me feel dizzy. The restaurant needs to address this issue.
