Bidrage med feedbackOn Sunday, April 17th around 12:45 pm, I had lunch with 4 other people. The person taking our order greeted us warmly and was very polite. She even added a paper heart to my granddaughter's chocolate milk, which was a nice touch. She represented the restaurant well. My order was prepared quickly and with care. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we will likely dine here again.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I stood there for a while listening to most of the staff chatting and laughing, swearing, and not paying attention to the front counter. I waited patiently, but when I finally turned around to walk away, a staff member rudely yelled out, "Why are you walking away shaking your head?" If they had paid better attention to me and other customers waiting for service, I would have placed my order. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Usually not a bad experience, but tonight was the worst. I went through the drive-thru and will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy inside, with a line in the drive-thru as well. However, I waited at least 15 minutes in line before receiving my order. Unfortunately, they were completely out of white meat so I tried to order two Junior Crispy Chicken sandwiches instead. I was given two regular crispy sandwiches instead, and the fries were visibly undercooked. It appears that the quality of the staff has declined in the past few months, as even when I do receive the correct order, it seems to be made with older products that should not have been used.
By far the worst experience we have had in this location, 7pm dinner after a full work day outside, all we were looking for was dinner for three, first off front cashier was chewing gum, not a big deal, however taking our order 3x 1/4 chicken white meat combos, side fries, rootbear all three eat in. cashier says not sure if we have white meat, but will have to check, then sets up order for take out, I intervened mentioned eat in right . Then we have no plates, is a box ok. I agreed, then my 3 dinners sat under heat lamp for several minutes taking that fresh hot serving away, then another prep person says can bring to your table, we wait another few minutes for that to happen, then we are asked would you like some utensils, yes please or we eat with our hands, no drinks made it too the table, I went up to the counter to retrieve them myself, not big deal for that. You have two peoples work front counter one on drive thru and other finishing final preps on condemmints,only one really getting things done, the rest not sure what to do, therefore stack of plates on garbage cans still there when we left. Look like lots of workers and no direction or deligating of priority jobs. If your owner operator manager this should be addressed, just my two cents for what it 's worth. Feel free to contact. Fairly fast service, when even they are packed with people, my order is always correct every time I go, and they are always friendly
