Red Mango - Port Chester

I used to love going to this place for acai bowls, but I recently tried to go and found out they had closed down. I am so upset.

This location appears to have shut down, but there is a Green and Tonic nearby that offers smoothies and açaí bowls.

I have been to this restaurant three times now. The first time was just okay, as the service was very slow and disorganized. The bowl and smoothie were average. The second visit had decent service and the smoothie and bowl were tasty. However, during my third visit, the staff at the counter seemed annoyed to help me. The smoothie was just okay, but the bowl tasted rotten. I'm not sure if it was because they took it from the freezer without making a fresh one, but it was gross.

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday, September 21st around 8pm with three friends. The service we received was absolutely amazing! The store was spotless, thanks to a guy who was cleaning. I appreciate that they are maintaining a safe and clean environment. It is self-serve, but Christina helped me choose and even pointed out the vegan flavor. She was very sweet. Leslie assisted with the toppings, which were overwhelming due to the variety of choices. My friend had trouble deciding on a smoothie, but Vivian helped her choose and made a delicious smoothie. I wish I lived closer so I could visit three times a day for the great service and treats. I would rate my experience 100,000 out of 10! Thank you to the hardworking staff during these challenging times. You are truly appreciated!

Product is okay but counter person did not have help for a busy Saturday evening.
