Plaza Mexico Restaurant Bar Grill

I had a lovely date at Plaza Mexico restaurant with my partner. She ordered the tacos and I had a burrito. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what you would expect at a Mexican restaurant. However, the service was just average. We had to wait a long time to order our food, get refills, and eventually receive the check.

I ordered the Burrito Deluxe and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I don't typically eat large portions in one sitting, but the food was so tasty that I couldn't resist.

I've been to this place a few times and it was great. The last visit, everything including the beans and the rice were over salted. We could not eat our food. The salt was overpowering. Hope to go back again and maybe they will have a different cook.

My dinner was a very ample portion with three different proteins: chicken, steak, and shrimp with cheese. On the down side it was a bit salty. However, I was happy to be able to get the corn tortillas though. Refried beans were serve on the side, and moist rice (also salty , plus pico de gallo. Chips and salsa came automatically with dinner yay!!!! There was definitely enough left over to satisfy me for lunch tomorrow. : Next time I hope to make it in time for dine in, rather than take out. I had a great meal at this restaurant. I ordered the Fajitas for one, which actually serves two people. There were leftovers to take home. The beans and rice were delicious, and the chips and salsa were perfect. We also had an appetizer of bean and cheese nachos with Jalapeño, which I would give six stars. The only downside was that the flour tortillas were not homemade, but that didn't detract from the overall deliciousness of the meal.
