Dunkin' - Port Charlotte

The outside loudspeaker was broken, next to the very slow service. We waited 30 minutes behind 4 cars. Apart from that, the server was very nice.

Best dunkin I've ever been to! The guy at the front was so nice and went above and beyond even though I'd never been there before and took forever to order! Def recommend this location.

I visited this restaurant twice with prepaid mobile orders, and both times my orders were not ready despite placing them 15 minutes in advance. Additionally, there were some rude customers present, which detracted from the experience, even though the staff seemed to be focused on their own issues. I don't plan to return. I would advise avoiding this place; there were only three customers inside, yet there were about seven workers on duty. We waited a long time for a jelly donut for my mother-in-law, who is battling cancer.

My favorite iced mocha with 10 pumps of chocolate syrup!

Huge line and the speaker is broken. I did the app order and didn't get half of my food. Took 45 mins. Not super happy.
