Chili's Grill - Port Charlotte

I was disappointed to find out that Chili's has updated their menu. They no longer offer free chips and salsa if you order the three for me deal. Additionally, they have gotten rid of their original chicken fingers, which have been a staple on their menu for years. The server explained that they had to do this due to batter constraints. The prices have also increased by a dollar, which is understandable given the current situation. However, I am sad to see the beloved original chicken crispers go. They have been a favorite among customers since the restaurant first opened. Now they only offer generic crispy tenders or Chipotle tenders, which I personally do not enjoy. As a former employee, I will not be returning to Chili's anytime soon. It's disappointing to see a restaurant remove a menu item that was loved by so many customers. Good riddance, Chili's.

The restaurant appeared to be low on staff, but our waitress was top-notch. The food was delicious. Overall, a pretty good experience!

I haven't been to Chili's in a long time, but after my recent visit, I won't be going back anytime soon. The food was disappointing and the only thing I could stomach was the chips and salsa. I left a whole table of uneaten food behind. The only positive was our waitress who was excellent. I attached a picture to show the uneaten food. Unfortunately, Chili's is back on my "no go" list.

Oh how we love Chili's ? Our latest trip was so good...and we had the Amazing Ernestina as our server! This store is a bit different from our home Chili's in GA but the staff is wonderful here at this store. Food was phenomenal as always, the ChickenCrispers were HUGE, each piece was easily a half breast and the batter is so light. Join the rewards online and get a free drinkor chips and salsa at EVERY visit. Thanks Chili's ???? you made a bad day so much better!

This was not a great lunch. It all started with the hostess being extremely rude to our party of 8. She had a terrible attitude and wasn't friendly at all. My sister asked for a high chair for my child and kind of pushed it to the side and said to me I'mnot sure where you are going to put that one (my child) and rolled her eyes. The only saving grace was that our waitress wasnice and the lady who brought us our food was nice to the children. The restaurant isn't clean, the eating area or thebathrooms. They really need to shutdown and do renovations or fix the things that need to be done. The food was terrible mybrother in law ordered a chicken pasta dish and it came out cold, 3 of the kids ordered Mac n cheese and it was very watery, mymeal at a raw piece of chicken and the corn on the cob was soggy, no crisp to it at all. We will not be coming back to thislocation. Each time we come it gets worse and worse and that's with never being more than a 3 star rating.
