The Portsider - Port Chalmers

Wife and I dropped in for a snack and a beer before re-boarding cruise ship and really enjoyed it. Quite little bar with great atmosphere.

Fantastic restaurant at the most amazing place in New Zealand near Dunedin. We use to go here every two months as I ur ship use to berth at port Chalmers. The food is yummy and fresh. Try out the different beers available here. Nice ambience and awesome weather.

Loved it!  Fantastic food had the bitterballen to start which was great, really tasty and filled with flavour.  Had the sole fillet as a main which was cooked to perfection.  My friend had the duck which looked amazing as well.  The prices were so reasonable, especially  compared to a pub meal I had later in the week which was much more expensive and not nearly as good.   As well as the craft beers they also have lovely wine, which is not always the case in craft y beer places.  The staff were super friendly and efficient and the whole experience was just really good.  Wished I lived there so I could go all the time.
