Bidrage med feedbackI was given someone else's order, and I had to wait about 10 minutes before I pressed the button to ask for my order. They started taking my order then. I spent 30 minutes there for nothing and didn't even receive an apology or any food.
I ordered two supersonic breakfast burritos, but when I checked my food, I found that it was missing all my favorite ingredients. It only contained two potatoes and one slice of cheese. I went back to ask for new burritos, but unfortunately, they were still unable to make them properly. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
The food was tasty and the customer service was satisfactory. However, they failed to provide some of the sauces that were included in my order, and the card reader for payment didn’t work with the menus.
Stopped to get 2 fountain drinks, 25 minutes later, finally our drinks. there were only 7 vehicles counted, so they were not super busy. will never return.
I've enjoyed Sonic for years. I'm hoping that Sonic will offer the New York dog again; it's sauerkraut and mustard, my favorite dog. I also like to order through the app, it makes recieving my order much more seamless. I pay through the app so all I need to do is check in and the car hops bring out the order.
