Quick and friendly service! The one bowl I ordered was more than enough to fill me up—a three-protein bowl. The food arrived promptly, and my waitress frequently checked in to ensure everything was okay. Overall, I give the food a 5 out of 5!

The Pork Katsu is fried to perfection. The batter is evenly coated, ensuring there are no spots of undercooked batter. It’s all crunchy and delicious. Now, I just wish I had more dipping sauce for it! I’m also curious about what other sauces could pair well with it. For those looking for vegetarian options, they offer Vegetable Ramen on the menu. I believe it includes tofu, spinach, and a few other ingredients, but I recommend checking the menu for the exact details to confirm.

The chicken katsu was a bit disappointing; it was really thin. However, I appreciate that they played Lana Del Rey. The miso soup was quite good.

Stopped in for a first time lunch at Koko Ramen Poke Bowl. The atmosphere and food were both outstanding! We had the nicest and most patient server. I did not catch his name but he was so kind and informative. For an appetizer we had the kimchi fries. Another yelp reviewer recommended these and she did not steer us wrong. Definitely try them! Then I built my own poke bowl. I chose the brown rice, tuna, crab salad, mango, avocado, edamame, wonton toppings and asked for eel sauce on the side (I like to dip! Everything was so fresh and delicious! The restaurant was clean and tidy. Not pictured: mango bubble tea which was also delicious. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

When my husband comes to work in the Port Arthur area, he already knows the drill, we HAVE to stop at Koko Ramen so I can get my kimchi fries fix. The atmosphere is cool and clean, the service has never been a problem and the food hasn't disappointed us yet. I would recommend Koko ramen to anyone visiting the Port Arthur area.Kid-friendliness: They're always super nice to my 2 year old. High chairs are always offered. And our waiter even filled her little sippy cup with their tea.Parking: There's handicap parking and cement ramps to accommodate. Well lit at night. Nice open parking lot.
