The staff and service were outstanding. When my 5-year-old son accidentally dropped his glass and cut his foot, the team responded immediately and handled the situation with great care. They made everything right and ensured we felt comfortable and taken care of.

Delicious food and a friendly team! This restaurant is exceptionally well-managed and staffed, consistently going above and beyond to accommodate guests with a smile, time and time again.

The manager greeting us was all smiles... The actual food was great and I wish I could tip the cooks directly the only 100% positive to the experience. The waiter seemed nice enough until I had to go looking for him for our bill... The table behind us who were paying at the same time as we were, were brought their bill and a speed point but we were told to pay at the front before we left. When I asked the managers why the speed point wasn 't brought over as is normal EVERYWHERE, there was a weak story about policy ... If the front desk is manned nobody gets a speed point??? But while we were there, they had 3 other tables pay by speed point and the manager at the desk said the waiters 'stole ' the units when she wasn 't looking... I hate pulling the race card but those families were all white while we and the only other family I saw pay at the desk, weren 't un/conscious bias is very much alive. Also, they promise a free gift with the kids meal and nothing was given to us... No explanation, no heads up in advance when ordering... So try explaining to a 3yr old why he didn 't get a toy like the other kids... Kid friendliness: Kids play area is great, plenty to keep them entertained though the minder did leave my 3yr old alone in there twice... And with it directly next to the bathroom I was not happy because anything can go bad but I was close by. ne
