The best Armoricain in the region, a great comparable to Pierre Hermé or for the Nantais to Vincent Guerlais. For the older ones we can refer to the Amrocain of Nazairien Blanchot, memories...

We go to this excellent pastry as soon as we go to Pornic or rather, we go to Pornic for this pastry. We were able to take only 6 pastries for two and couldn’t start the best... We'll have to come back to taste the flan, among others... Uh, we're from Saumur.
