We have chosen among the traditional daisies with tomato, fior di latte and basil and capricciosa with tomato, fior di latte, prosciutto cotto, mushrooms champignon, capers and olives. The dough not very thin with the cornice, is light and crisp with a filling rich in quality ingredients. Prices slightly above the norm.
Unfortunately I had 2 negative experiences within a week. The first time I order a pizza to seasonal vegetables without gluten. Let's start from the dough that I did not understand if it was raw as it looked like that of the tramezzino then gushed. I ate other gluten-free pizzas and so I hadn't happened yet. Instead as for vegetables, they had nothing in season, indeed they were not vegetables but I think they used a gardener or similar. And confirmation I had it a few days later when I reordered the same pizza but with normal dough. Nothing to say about the very good dough, but this time the gardener was just overturned on the pizza that in fact drowned in the oil. I'd say a pizza with these ingredients is really to be reviewed.
The excellence of pizza, excellent dough high quality ingredients. For me, together with pizza more than Raffaele, the best takeaway pizzerias of Lombardy.

Wonderful pizza, unique hospitality! The dough of these spectacular pizzas is unique! The products that make these pizzas wonder, are without equal and dare say introvabile! Bravo Simone, all my numerous family appreciated the taste, passion and style (you and your partner) of this local all Italian style
