I am glad to say that this restaurant is no longer in business. The chefs used artificial ingredients, leading to poor quality meals. The overall organization was also lacking. The management seemed more focused on appearance rather than quality of food and service.
The food at this restaurant is perfect for weddings and other events. Those who have already tried it can attest to its quality. The banquet and grill options were a hit with all guests, earning a perfect ten recommendation from me.
This restaurant is very stylish and has delicious food with attentive staff. The broth was cooked perfectly and the steak was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The meat was easy to eat and very flavorful. The staff is attentive and friendly, showing that the owners take pride in their business.
(CZE, EN below) Navštívil před pár měsíci, píšu recenzi s odstupem, naprosto bez přehánění nejhorší zkušenost co se jednání obsluhy týče, vč. zkušeností po celé Evropě, USA, Kanadě.Vysvětlím 7 hostů vč. 2 malých dětí. Děti obsluha zvládla bez problémů. Menu zajímavé. Já vybral humra a poté, co všichni měli objednáno, mi bylo oznámeno (asi 15min později), že humr došel. Stane se, ale pokud je jídelní menu poměrně menší (což bylo), měly by nedostatky oznámen dopředu. Moje záložní jídlo také nebylo, což jsem se dozvěděl po další prodlevě. Měli oznámit hostům ihned u usednutí, které pokrmy došly.Objednal jsem 2 předkrmy místo hl. chodu. Bratr si dal několikachodové menu, kde pokrmy, co jim došly, měly být hlavními hvězdami. Místo toho nabídli levnější, méně kvalitnější maso a odmítli slevnit.Když jsme o tomto diskutovali s číšnicí, přivedla kuchaře a snažili se vysvětlit, že humr stojí stejně jako losos, cena 1:1. Nevím, co to mělo být za kvalitu humra a lososa, ale normálně to stejná cena není. Losos stál v menu méně než humr jako chod sám o sobě dle gramáže, oba chody měly cenu odlišnou (humr samozřejmě víc)! Naprosto odmítli nám vyjít vstříc, čímž uzavřeli (jinak chuťově dobrou) zkušenost naprosto nevhodně.Odmítl jsem nechat spropitné. Utratili jsme dost a navíc nám dali levnější chod za nesprávně vyšší cenu, přišlo mi nevhodné dávat ještě spropitné navrch. To se paní číšníci nelíbilo a při odchodu nazvale PÍ*USEM. To je vrchol nezdvořilosti a naprosto odporná úcta k zákazníkům. Nikdy jsem si nemyslel, že zákazník má vždy pravdu, ale pokud nás natáhnete o peníze za levnější jídlo, očekáváte spropitné a nazvete mne tímto? Děkuji, sem už nezajdu.Jídlo chutí výborné, ale bohužel celou zkušenost zastínilo jednání této paní, která evidentně k hostům respekt nemá. Nezbývá mi, než tuto hospodu SILNĚ NEDOPORUČIT, i když jídlo samotné za to stojí.(ANG, česky výše) We visited a few months ago, I'm purposely writing this with a little delay, because it was the worst service experience I've ever had, without exaggeration, including experience all over Europe, USA, Canada.I'll explain 7 of us incl. 2 little kids. Servers had no problem with the kids. Menu looked interesting. I picked the lobster and after everyone had ordered, I was told (about 15min later) that they are out of lobster. Okay, happens, but if the menu itself is already kind of small, unavailable meals should be announced ahead of time. My backup choice was not available either, which I found out with another delay. Proper way would be to notify guests as they sit down.I ordered 2 appetizers then instead of a main dish. My brother had ordered a multicourse meal, where the missing dishes were supposed to be the main superstars. Instead they offered to substitute with cheaper, lower quality meal and refused the reduce the price.When we discussed this with our waitress, she brought the chef to say that lobster costs the same as salmon and it is 1:1 in price. I don't know what low quality lobster/high quality salmon it was supposed to be, but that price is not equal. The salmon also cost less by itself as a meal per weight than the lobster listed in the menu, of course the lobster was more expensive per weight. They refused to meet us halfway, wrapped up a good flavor experience with horrible service. I then refused to tip, which in Europe is definitely not expected, on top of being charged more for cheaper dishes. The waitress was very displeased and called me a F*CKER upon us leaving. That is the rudest thing that you can call a customer and it shows you hate them.I've never been a believer in customer is always right, but if you are trying to cheat us into paying more for cheaper meal, expect a tip on top and then call me that? Sorry, but I will avoid this place like a plague and you should too.The food tasty, but entire experience was ruined by the waitress who clearly does not respect guests or know how to behave. I have no other option than to strongly recommend to AVOID this place, despite the food being good.
