Applebee's Grill - Poplar Bluff

Took quite a bit to get service. It wasn't very busy for the wait. Otherwise everything was really good.

Took 10 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 to get our food. Sad part is there was only 3 other tables occupied at the time! We also watched 2 families that just got tired of waiting and walked out. Get with the act or those doors will be permanently shuttered Applebee's.

This place used to so much better. The service has just gone to worse then acceptable. We came in wendsday night they weren't busy it took 10 mins to get seated. Then our Waitress Scarlett didn't even check in on us or refill our drinks. It took almost 50 mins to get 3 orders of wings and an order of mashed potatoes. It was a nice comfortable quiet place to meet and enjoy a meal

Horrible!! The appetizer came out late(with the meal! Chips were Stale!! Ordered extra mushrooms and shrimp with the bourbon street chicken, no extras until I complained about it… Same experience at sikeston Applebee's 2 weeks ago… The server was very polite tho.
