Costa Coffee - Poole

I visited a different Costa Coffee location to find a spot to get some work done and study. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful and professional staff, who were extremely kind. The atmosphere was comfortable and well-lit, allowing me to complete most of my tasks in peace. I do wish they had more options for healthy vegan food, rather than just chocolate.

It was said that they would be opened the next morning (on Sunday). we arrived dead when we had moves to get home. waited one, no one came. when we were in the hotel, we went back. in our room. as we see from the hotel window whether someone wanted to show up, we saw at least customers appearing and running away. a guy turned around.

Coffee shop not very clean. I had to clean the table before use. floor also dirty. greasy sleeps on windows. coffee weak and tasteless flat white) staff but we are happy and friendly.

My sister ordered a hot white chocolate, please see her pictures, my drink has made me feel sick too, not quite sure what is going on, just take tassen, very strange.

*they only get mins free parking I was of the understanding that they have an extension to the free parking space for a Costa customer and the registration of their vehicle. you are not! smart parking are the usual private parking spaces. No one to speak. only automated payment, or an appeal, and do not interfere with it! costa could not even be harassed to reply with an automated “thanks for contacting with customer service” email. also the staff was less than helpful. no happy Costa client. mins to delete, order, get their order and consume! 0 stars
