My wife and I had a great time at the steinbock hotel. The room and the facility are great, but the staff is truly amazing. They were always very reactive and extremely nice. Would love to come back!

Everything about this hotel gets 5 stars the staff (very friendly and helpful), the food, the atmosphere, the ladies who service your rooms, the dining options, the outdoor terrace area. A special mention to the lady who does the breakfast service (she is a real gem and great asset to the hotel, and it would be nice, and most likely appreciated by her, if guests would smile and say 'good morning ' and give her thanks after they have eaten. If I were able to give the hotel a 10 star rating, I would because it deserves it. This hotel offers the best, and friendliest of Swiss hospitality!
