Le Relais Saint-michel - Pontorson

Nous avons fait 1 nuit avec petit déjeuner et le restaurant le soir.personnel très agréable à la réception et au restaurant. Hotel un peu vieillot et pas très bien insonorisé mais calme la nuit. Nous avons mangé correctement rien d’exceptionnel surtout le poisson mais le personnel est aux petits soins. Magnifique vue sur le mont saint Michel de la terrasse, pendant le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner. Nous sommes ravie de notre expérience dans cet hôtel…

The positives: -spacious and bright room -hotel located on the front line facing Mont Saint Michel -very friendly hotel and restaurant staff The negative points: -cleanliness of the room more than neglected: kibbles lying around in several places of the carpet of the room certainly left by the previous occupants and their animal , which proves that the cleaning service is incompetent. A nourishing hand cream found under one of the beds, which does not belong to me. In the bathroom the silicone seals of the bathtub and sink are totally moldy. Large traces of limescale in the toilet bowl as well as in the bathtub. Many long, brown hairs found on our arrival in the bathtub and in and around the sink, and on the tiles of the XX and bathroom... On the bay window overlooking the terrace, on the interior side of many cobwebs and spiders which live quietly between the curtain and the window, they are not from yesterday... on the terrace side a dirty ashtray on the outside table, a whole trail of bird droppings right on the threshold of the bay window which you must avoid to go out... the windows really dirty inside and out... exorbitant prices in the restaurant, both for eating and for drinking €6 for a coke and €6 for an oasis..., €32 for a plate with julienne fillet and even uncooked vegetables . Very little choice of dishes, the windows of the restaurant so dirty that it is difficult to see Mont Saint Michel... outdoor terrace of the restaurant which seems abandoned and weeds have grown there... budget for one night 1 adult and 1 child -263€ per night -12€ for an oasis and a coke -69€ to eat 1 adult dish 1 child dish 2 drinks, without starter or dessert. Vegetables and fries are frozen In my opinion, the hotel does not at all have the standard expected for the number of stars it displays. -25€ parking to leave the car there for 24 hours…

Spectacular hotel, the staff attention is first class. The direct views towards Mont Saint Michel are spectacular

Very beautiful hotel, unfortunately the interior begins to take an old coup, a suggestion of renovation to plan.
