My partner and I have just had what we consider to be the best fish and chips ever and both being 80 years old that's some compliment. They were beautiful and the staff could not be any better very welcoming and sociable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my first visit, so maybe I had been led to expect too much from all the hype, but sadly this was very average quality fish and chips for a very expensive price. I'm afraid I won't be going back. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Just had fish and chips (bank holiday Monday teatime) yet again the fish was over cooked (dry fish too much hard batter) the other man who cooks (think he's the owner) is 5 but the one cooking today is 2 at best, I will check who's frying next time before ordering. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
