Mcdonald's - Ponte Vedra Beach

While I don't usually have high expectations for fast food establishments, the customer service I experienced today truly exceeded my expectations. Having encountered various situations in the retail and food industry, I want to commend the team at this location for being the highlight of my day. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to a staff member named Haley. Although her name was misspelled, she was incredibly friendly and approachable, wearing a blue cape. She truly deserves a raise for her excellent service!
