Espaço magnífico com serviço atencioso. O Brunch é excelente.

Excelente sentido estético na recuperação de um edifício icónico da cidade. Quartos lindos, muito confortáveis e muito bem equipados. Muita luz e calor. Cafetaria linda, clean, comida 5 serviço impecável. A ir SEMPRE!!!

I don't know if it's because we're locals, but looked like it, the service was very slow. Just to get the menus 10 minutes, more 10 minutes for them to get our order. It rook around 30 minutes to get our cappuccino, while other tourist tables that arrived after us, got their drinks first than us. Food only got to our table around 20 minutes later. Food as like 2 pancake dishes. Food is good. Service was running around, clearly lack of staff, not the first time we had this not so good experience. Would not recommend on summer time.

We visited the place twice on two consecutive days. First we only ordered an iced latte for takeaway it was ok. Next day we wanted to eat in (ice cream cake and coffee), so we went to the counter to ask whether we can sit outside. The waitress was very rude for no reason, just tossed a menu to us, and let us guide ourselves out. There we waited 15 minutes for nothing to happen (the place was not crowded and there was at least another waitress). Then we gave up.
