Wendy's - Ponoka

I was amazed at the professionalism displayed by all the staff at this Wendy's Restaurant. I placed my order for Queso Fries and Linda my server was kind and considerate and repeated the order back to me that I placed and I knew right there and then that the order would be immediate in which it only took about 5 minutes to prepare. There manager John even wanted to give me a free coffee on the house, but I already had a Tim Horton's coffee from the adjacent Tim Horton's next door to them in the same building. They are a very hard working and humble bunch of workers. I'd like to extend my sincere appreciation to Wendy's Manager John and his wonderful co-worker Linda who was professional in taking my order and serving it to me on time. The staff at this Wendy's has my vote for friendly service and great food. John Zapantis

Service was sooo slow. The poor mature lady at the til had to do her own running. She had to run to the back and all over the place for salad stuff etc. She had help but they took her runner away and put on first drive thru window. It was very busy...perhaps they need to prepare for Sunday supper time...that's a no brainer. Customers were getting annoyed waiting for fries and missing food. We waited 20 minutes to order and then felt sorry for guys in line behind us who went thru drive thru and got raw burgers...so we let them go ahead. Our food was good....but this long wait gave us time to notice the kitchen floor was disgusting. Also one staff member kept wiping her nose on her sleeve....We don't have a Wendy's in our town so we travel there for something different. May have to head south next time.

We probably go to this Wendy's at least once a month. It almost always has fast service. It sometimes can be hit or miss if the fries are fresh. If they are old or cold we have brought them back to be exchanged without a problem. The hamburger deluxe burger is our favorite go to because it was $1.39 for a small burger. It doesn't get cheaper than that! They have recently upped some of there prices so a hamburger deluxe is now $1.69. Either way it is a good value for your money and the burgers taste fresh and delicious.

Usually peaceful but on this day the Rodeo was on so it was pretty busy and loud. Food service is always fast, again a little slower today due to the crowds. Place is always tidy and being connected to Tim Hortons there are lots of menu options.

I visited Wendy's tonight and had s great experience! They were friendly, fast, and had my order perfect! Fresh and fast! :) :)
