Boston Pizza - Ponoka

Awesome food..awesome service..definitely be back again!

I have to say, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! My family and I (there are four of us) arrived and things started off well, with the kids' meals arriving relatively quickly. However, when it came to my girlfriend's and my orders, we ended up waiting over an hour and a half. When our food was finally about to come out, we asked to have it packaged for takeout since it was getting late. After that, we waited another 30 minutes. I reached a point of frustration and decided to go to the front. There, I encountered four young women who were all on their phones, and I had to shout to get someone's attention. Eventually, I got my food and we went home. I left the restaurant feeling very disappointed and frustrated.

Ordered take out, had the chicken parmasion and it was so tough I couldn't even chew it. Not going to order that again.

Great place, and the food never misses!Always friendly service and a dynamite staff!Good to see all the local Ponoka sports and community programs displayed throughout the restaurant!Especially the Ponoka Stampeders stuff!Great place to go after a Local Junior Game!5 Star!
