Starbucks - Ponca City

Ordering pick up from the app is great as long as you park and go in. For whatever reason, the drive thru is insanely slow. When you pull up they say “just one moment” and then 8-10 minutes later they come on and say “sorry for the wait.” It’s really strange because no one was in front of you. This happens every time I go and that’s at least 3 or 4 times a week. I frequent other Starbucks in my state because I travel constantly and have never had this issue at another location. If they stopped doing that then they would get 5 stars!

This location is a bit dark, and not especially busy when we were there. Food so-so.

Location is inside of Homeland but this Starbucks is nice because it's easy too grab and go, the other Starbucks in ponca is always slammed so this is my place I go. If I'm in a hurry and need a coffee or snack this is the place. Plus the staff are very nice!Wheelchair accessibility: It's a grocery store so there's plenty of wheelchair spots in the front plus the nice incline doesn't kill your arms going up into the store.
