Bidrage med feedbackThe room is very nice with a sitting room as in pictures. Bar restaurant is mediocre at best. Good service but food came back cold x2. No one fills in when front desk clerks on a break and we had to go thru casino to service area, only to be told to go back to front desk. She showed up 10 min later. No early check ins. No other concerns. Easy access from highway
The Osage Casino Hotel is the place to stay when in Ponca City. The staff is always very pleasant and professional. The hotel has always been well maintained, clean, and secure. A key caed is required to enter the hotel room area
We stopped here for about an hour. Masks were not mandatory but we wore ours and did see a few other people wearing them. The masks also helped block all the cigarette smoke. Slots were varied, both old favorites and the newer ones. Hubby and I had fun playing several. If you like to play slots and are in the area, this is a good casino to stop at.
My wife I along with another couple stayed at Osage Casino Hotel this weekend. We have stayed at Osage Tulsa Skiatook, but never in Ponca City. The hotel is more like the hotel in Skiatook than Tulsa. The rooms are very nice. They are suites and have everything you could ask for in a hotel. The casino is small but nice. The restaurant closes early at 9 p.m. 2 tv's. 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. We didn't go, but the pool hot tub area looked nice.
Arrived Sunday afternoon the weekend they re-opened. We were staying at the nearby Tonkawa and decided to go check out Osage. Huge difference in their safety protocol. Tonkawa taking temperatures at the door and giving everyone a disposable mask. Osage was doing nothing but limiting the number of people inside. You have to stand in line and with every person that exits, one can enter. There was about 20 people ahead of us and it took about 15 minutes. After we got in and lost so much money so fast, we figured out why the line moved so fast. You can't stay and play long when all you do is lose. Now keep in mind I am not a whiner about losing. If you go to casinos it's a gamble, you win some, you lose some, it's the name of the game. But all we did was keep losing, no wins to allow us to play. Very few affordable VGT games, no wins, no safety protocols, so no return visit for us. We felt much safer at Tonkawa than we did at Osage. No one at Osage had on a mask and no wins so we left pretty quick. The games are much better at Tonkawa. Osage don't you want people to win a little so they will stay longer? Don't you want people to return? They won't like this.
