Frazier's Sports Grill - Ponca City

5 minutes waiting for drinks and menus. 5 minutes to wait the staff to ask if we were ready to start. if we have said no, but we are ready to order our meal. She said she was back. then she cleaned one table, served a two beer at the bar and took another job. I'm tired of waiting and going. there was only one other table and one gentle on the bar. I will not be back and she lost a good tip because we were there to order steaks. it also cost the device two steak dinners. no wonder they were not full for a Friday night!

Not a good experience. Waitress definitely an issue. Poor customer service/satisfaction skills for sure. Waitress Just assumed what we wanted and that's what we got even after questioning her about it. Sad. Probably won't return. Think her cell phone most important thing on her agenda tonight.

Used to be a weekly must eat.. I forgot why I quit coming here after 2 yrs, and decided to give them another chance. Nice remodel, same poor service, and same egotistical owner who attempts to micromanage while eating dinner. Was refused service at the bar top because I forgot my ID at home, totally understandable, I ordered a water. 5 min later I was told I was not allowed to sit at the bar top. Mind you I am balding on the top of my head and have an over 21 beard and there were 2 other guests in there. I really feel sorry for the server/bartender, because she is the one who is losing out on money because of upper managements petty actions. So I gladly left w/o ordering any food, will be taking my business any where else. And would recommend everyone else doing the same..

If you want a fried chicken basket go across the street to Popeyes. If you want good Fries go across the Street to McDonald's. Bad food high prices. Better idea... Don't eat out in this town in general. A 1 star is generous.

Went with two other co workers. All three orders were incorrect and missing stuff. When we asked the waitress about it she just said sorry and never brought the missing items and continued to charge us full price. Ponca City doesn't have that many places to eat but avoid this one!
