Il Machiavelli E Lounge - POMPEI

We had an early dinner at this restaurant while in Pompeii. It was up the street from our hotel and close to other accommodations. It appears to be one of the better restaurants, so we expected more than we experienced. The staff was reasonably attentive. The wine list was limited mostly with local wines. We did not find the food meeting the quality of reviews on the internet. At best the food was adequate. If returning to Pompeii we will try other restaurants first.

The best meal of our holiday so far. Food is excellent and service is outstanding. Thoroughly recommend.
