Subway - Pompano Beach

The bread was stale from the day before, and the sandwich was poorly assembled—I've seen a 3-year-old do better! The spinach was thick with stems and poorly chopped. Everything just felt disorganized.

Metro always seems like subway, not drawing anything, nothing to wake them. it is regrettable because there are almost food restaurants that offer the experience not only the fast service. Metro never thrills me, but it's fast and easy

On the evening of September 9th, I noticed that the guy working alone was incredibly hardworking, even though other customers mentioned that he's always there by himself. It's really unfortunate that he has to handle everything on his own. Despite the tough situation, he was incredibly kind and prepared my food perfectly. It’s unacceptable that he’s expected to manage all these tasks by himself. He deserves a raise and more support! While he is doing an amazing job, the owner or manager should really reevaluate their practices for putting him in such challenging conditions.

I really appreciate this Subway location since it’s the closest one to me, but I think the manager could improve in certain areas. I've been trying to reach out about when I should come into work, but my texts are being ignored. This started happening during my second week, shortly after I got my driver’s license and brought up my paycheck. I even filed a complaint with the Labor Department, but I’m still waiting for a response. Sean, if you could just provide my paycheck, I would really appreciate it and be on my way. It’s frustrating to be ignored after only working there for two weeks, especially since I enjoyed my experience and gained valuable skills.
