Pollo Tropical - Pompano Beach

I prefer this restaurant because it's closer to me! However, I've had some issues with curbside ordering. Once, I waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes, and when I went inside to ask, they told me I had to pick up the food myself instead of bringing it to my car. On another occasion, I placed an order and someone actually brought the food to me, which I found a bit strange.

Delicious food and excellent service! I can't emphasize enough how delicious the food is. The only downside is the long wait times for our family. However, if the lines were shorter, we would consider applying for jobs and even moving in to help run the place, offering the same warm hospitality we've experienced every time we visit. Great job!

The manager provides excellent customer service—always great and efficient. He is very friendly and remembers our names, which adds a personal touch. This is our favorite restaurant to dine at. Will deserves a raise for his talent in keeping everything on track. It's truly a pleasure to know him. He has a fantastic team as well.
