Fat Belly Sandwich Co. - Pompano Beach

The food was excellent and three of us have three different things and a side order of the onion rings to try that everything was excellent, but they have no well drinks or ice and it is either a bottle of water or a glass of water from a drinking fountain, so that this is really kind of negative on the drinks.

Have not had the same thing twice and every thing I have tried has become a new favorite. Amazing food, fast service, excellent delivery, always friendly. This is my first favorite place to eat since moving to Florida in June.

When looking at reviews, I had the EXACT same experience that someone had 5 months ago. I ordered online for delivery and paid with my credit card. I have a confirmation email that my order has been received. I called half an hour later to give instructions when the driver arrived at my location and the employee repeated the address back to me... so that they clearly had my information handy. I called back an hour after I had ordered to follow and was told that they had computer problems and the online order didn't work and they didn't even start my order... said it was super busy. After complaining about the service (especially since I had already spoken to them) they offered a refund and then hung up. I called back to clarify if I get a refund for bad service and still get my food. It was informed that my order was canceled and I had to be reordered. After I was plastered over an hour of my original order, I canceled everything and was incredibly disappointed. It seems that this is not a unique event, as the same happened months ago and I was told the exact same excuse.

Great service, I ordered the Cubano on the basis of the recommendation of the checkout... not disappointed. Very clean inside and also quite modern architecture inside. Very well recommended to go!!!
