Aromas Del Peru Pompano Beach

I have never seen a group of waiters and waitresses as stressed as I saw yesterday at Aromas. There were packed, and I don't blame the staff. they did what they could, but the kitchen couldn't keep up; certain tables were serve before other tables that arrived earlier. Needs major improvement in serving and quality of food for the value of each plate I would give them another chance, but at this time I couldn't recommended

The food was very good and everyone was very nice! I’m a vegetarian, but the rest of my family eat either fish or meat. There was something for everyone. I loved the Chaufa Rice. The passion fruit mousse was everyone’s favorite desert. My only complaint was that they didn’t fill our water and drinks very often. We had to get up and ask for water. I would still recommend going here!

The food itself was outstanding! I’m not sure if they were short staffed, or it had only recently opened and they were working out the kinks, but the appetizers came out at two different times about 15 minutes apart, the main course was also delayed incoming out, and we had to ask three different times for water when we first arrived.

Great food and service, served with imagination and tasty, in a beautiful setting. Bravo to the chef, server and chef as well as the management. Superb

The food and service amazing! The tables are a little small but overall a great place for a special dinner.
