Qdoba Mexican Eats - Pomona

During covid you are only able to order on the campus Grubhub. They charge a high service fee just to pick up the food when it’s the only option. They won’t let you walk up to get food. The Grubhub menu was missing items such as Spanish Rice and the portions were extremely small than it used to be before March 2020.

Well, the quality of the food has gone done. Some of it isn't cooked properly.

They ran out of chicken and tortillas unacceptable from a Mexican themed place. Plus 1 star for friendly staff.

Don't f go here. They are always out of everything. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I stood in line for 20 minutes and by the time I got to the front of the line, they were out of rice and beans and told me it'd be another 15 minutes before more was ready. I asked if I could still order my food and they could just make it when the rice and beans were ready. They told me no and that I'd have to wait for it to be ready and then stand in the VERY long line again to get my food. I was angry but still stood back in line. But by the time it was my turn again the people in front of me had taken all the beans and so there were none once again. I f hate this place and the people working there. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! I hope they see this so they know how much they ruined my day. F QDOBA!!!!!!

They had ran out of steak but the adobo chicken was delicious. Definitely filling and the employee gave good portions.
