We love our neighborhood Chipotle restaurant. I do need to consume excessive amount of black bean to suppress my hyperthyroidism so Chipotle is my best and only bet. From time to time the bean textures are a bit mushy however if you go earlier in the daythey are normally better.

2. **Burrito Bowl (Sour Cream)**: My wife specifically requested no sour cream in her burrito bowl due to her lactose intolerance, yet it was still included in her order. This was not only inconvenient but could have posed a serious health risk for her. It's crucial for Chipotle to take their customers' dietary needs seriously. 3. **Steak Quesadilla (Missing Steak)**: I was very frustrated to receive a steak quesadilla without any steak. It felt like ordering a hamburger but only getting the bun. This was a complete letdown and a waste of money (though I appreciate DoorDash crediting me for one meal). Quality assurance should be a top priority for them. Overall, these issues made my recent Chipotle DoorDash order my last. I hope the restaurant can start focusing more on customer needs and improve their food quality in the future. I suppose this is what happens when you order just 40 minutes before closing.

The tortilla was very hard and inedible. The queso didn’t taste good, and its texture and color were off.
