Stageline Pizza - Polson

Terrible customer service and no gloves used when prepping pizza that's disgusting ? definitely won't be back need better managers to handle these situations seems lots of bad comments and still nothing done I will spend my money elsewhere with a better sanitary environment.

From the moment my kids and I walked into the restaurant the server states in a mostly empty dining area that there is no dining in and the wait time is over 25 minutes witch we have completely no issues with so we decided to just order out so we do so I also included a cookie and wings with our pizza. After picking up our food we find a doughy pizza and a completely burnt black cookie ? ?wow what did I do besides try giving the business This is the last of many failed attempts to support local of this restaurant ??it makes me sad that this is what it has become!! Totally the polson restaurant not speaking on anything but!!!

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke! Sat in drive through pick up for 10 min with no service. Went inside and stood there another 10 min. Not 1 employee came to help the line. People were walking out because they had been there an hour with no service. Finally my turn and they said my pizza had another 15 min.

I was very impressed, there was only 1 gentleman who was working the floor and kitchen and he was very professional and pleasant. The store was clean, I will definitely go back.

Had to ring a bell 3 times and were still ignored. Flagged down the waitress who was helping the cook. Only 2 employees were there. One other customer at a table. Items we tried to order unavailable (salad) the pick 2 ordered was no longer available in spite of it being on the menu and big poster on the window . Ordered 2 melts and drinks. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. When melts came they were well done. Very unacceptable. Waitress told a potential customer who wanted salad that she'd been trying to put out the salad bar for a long time but was very busy. Customer left. We were almost done eating when she wheeled out a cart of salad bar items. Dropped the container of mushrooms all over the floor and cursed pretty loudly. When we left the only reason we left a tip was because we felt sorry for her. Not likely to go there for a long time
