Papa Johns Pizza - Polk County

Awesome experience....we had a slight problem with delivery and the manager and driver took care of it VERY fast. Totally exceeded our expectations. Very kind and friendly people to do business with.

Lots of choices for different Pizzas. Lots of Specials on different Pizzas. Pizza was hot and flavorful.

Because they don't deliver out here in my apartments ??

Every time I go to this location, they forget something. The most recent visit, I ordered jalapeños on my pizza, they didn't add them. The manager gave me a free pizza for the inconvenience. Great. I order the free pizza, they forget the banana peppers, which were supposed to come with the pizza I ordered, it wasn't even added extra. Didn't get the pepperocini that comes with every pizza, also didn't get any garlic sauce. Don't even feel like arguing this time because the pizza was free, but I'm not going to this location anymore. Guess it's my fault for not checking the box. Looks like they had 2 people working on a college football Saturday so I'm sure they're busy, but that shouldn't affect order accuracy

Somebody that speaks no English answered the phone and couldNot take a simpleOrder. Hung up and gave up. Never again.
